Pacific Security Scholars Program Releases Student Policy Briefs

The 2013/14 Pacific Security Scholars Program is an extension of the ESTPC Security Scholars program. Designed specifically for scholars from the Pacific Islands region, the program is a partnership between the Pacific Islands Society and CANZPS. The project's graduate level scholars produce policy briefs each year. This year, the 4 papers produced are:
